About Michelle Schubnel
Michelle Schubnel is a veteran coach, dynamic speaker and sales and marketing expert.
As a professional coach, Michelle has worked with hundreds of clients in more than 20 countries. She began coaching in 1998 and received her training from Coach U, Corporate Coach U and the Graduate School of Coaching. She holds a B.A. from Brown University and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
Michelle is the President and owner of Coach & Grow R.I.C.H., one of the oldest and most respected practice-development training companies for professional coaches. Through live workshops, teleseminars and a comprehensive online virtual university, Michelle and the C&GR Team have helped thousands of coaches around the globe achieve greater business success and satisfaction since 2001.
Michelle is a highly sought after keynote speaker and seminar leader. A recognized expert in the field of professional coaching, Michelle regularly speaks at industry events, including the ICF Annual Conference, the European Coaching Conference, the Greater Toronto Coaching Conference and the National ADHD Coaching Conference.

Prior to launching her coaching business, Michelle was an integral part of the growth and profitability of Navis LLC, a highly successful Bay Area software start-up. She first developed the marketing department and then moved into sales, closing multi-million dollar contracts with clients in South America, Europe, Asia and the USA.
A five-time marathoner, avid skier and live music fanatic, Michelle has a passion for living life fully. Michelle resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband Adam.
